When undertaking Plug & Abandonment operations, precision cementing is critical to achieving regulatory compliance and long-term well integrity. FloMaster DP is PDG’s drill-pipe-deployed flow-control tool engineered specifically to overcome these operational challenges. Installed as a custom pup joint with integrated FloMaster modules, the tool regulates fluid flow at the lower end of the drill pipe to ensure consistent and controlled annular displacement during cement plug placement — improving the likelihood of first-time success.
